Topic: Pilot Integration - Nemesis

It had been a seriously long day. Skullette was feeling drained. It was one thing to work out with the suit stroking your hypothalamus the whole time, but deskwork sucked the life out of her. Her last sortie wasnt a total wipe. Three pilots came back with eight suits. She hated to say she had done worse, but then she had, and everyone on the base knew it. Five more souls to rack up to her curse.

She looked at the Bioscroll as she called the next applicant in. "Nemesis... cute name. I just thought you should know up front that you'll probably last longer on this burning husk of a planet than joining my squad. So do you have a thing for death, or do you just think you can beat the odds?"

-Skullete

Re: Pilot Integration - Nemesis

Mirabella smiled sweetly at Skullete as played with her switchblade

"I actually greatly enjoy death thank you very much. But also it's just sooooooo boring here with the planet the way it is. I want to go see the stars again"

"I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well to tell you the truth in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow you head clean off, you've gotta ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?" -Harry Callahan

Hi, I'm from Detroit! (Yes it did suck)

Re: Pilot Integration - Nemesis

Skullette smirked at Mirabella playing with her knife. "Fair enough, getting off Earth is what we are all after. Just keep in mind there's no ditching this squad when we get off world. You fight with this team and if needed, you die with this team. The only way out is to survive and make enough to ransom your freedom. Every mission comes home here. When on a mission we blow s$#÷ up and have a little fun, but it all leads back to this hell hole.  You keep that in mind. You try to run, I hit the kill switch on you. If something happens to me, the overlords hit the kill switch. So give up those dreams of getting away. We're all stuck here together."
-Skullette

Re: Pilot Integration - Nemesis

Mirabella added a butterfly knife to her knife juggling

"Aww, I'm sad to here that you'd think I'd ever leave you. I mean I believe in having a team as well, it works out good for everyone. Plus I like people"

She smiled again, she hoped she'd be persuasive enough to get herself off this planet

"Ya know, mija, you keep whirling those around you'll lose a finger. I like having a team that will look out for each other, this lone wolf @#$& aint gonna fly. So you pilot for me, all things are gonna go good for you. You pilot for yourself, I'll be hunting for someone new to hang a suit on when your's spits you out, comprende?"
-Skullette

Re: Pilot Integration - Nemesis

Mirabella smiled again

"Lose a finger? No no, I've never lost a finger playing with my sweeties here."

Her smile grew warmer as she said

"Understood, no Lone-Wolf shenanigans from this girl. No ma'am not a single lone-wolfy thought out of this head"

She put away her butterfly knife and switchblade before removing a straight razor from her pocket.

"Here, I'll even make a blood pact with you"

There was that sweet smile again

Re: Pilot Integration - Nemesis

She met the sweet smile with one of her own that realistically was a bit harder. "Gee thanks Mija, but I would prefer we seal our friendship with the letting of someone else's blood besides our own. Welcome to Epsilon23, don't make me regret it."
-Skullette

Re: Pilot Integration - Nemesis

Mirabella put away the knife and pouted

"Alright Fraulein. I will not let you down, just give me a good time is all I ask and I wont let you down"

Mirabella put away her straight razor and looked at Skullete

"So, what now?"

Re: Pilot Integration - Nemesis

"Hey mila, in this squad we blow things up and we have a good time. Don't worry about that part. For now you should gather your personal effects, you will be called to the briefing room when our orders come through. Then the party starts."  Skullette stated with as straight of a face as she could muster. Indeed piloting the suit was fun and shooting things wasn't bad either, but watching your teammates ripped apart was never that good of a time.

Re: Pilot Integration - Nemesis

"Alright boss!"

Mirabella got herself ready and stood up giving what she thought was called a salute before exiting the room. It was going to be a nice change
