Stumbled across this advertising directory. Top Roleplay sites. From what I can tell, an admin from here would add Phoenix to the site/list, and then grab a clickable affiliate size button for us to put on Phoenix. When you click the button it would take you to a page where you can vote for Phoenix (or continue without voting). As for the purpose, it could possible generate visitors to us.
