1. I'm going to open a thread here for open contributions for info about NPCs across all sims.
2. I'm going to open a 'locked' thread here that only I will access for ease of reference for others.
3. I will open a 'locked' thread on the wiki for ease of reference for all.
SO if players make changes to the open thread they will need to TELL me so I can update the info elsewhere.
Does that sound okay?
